MEETING MINUTES
Work Package 2: Open Platform–Content Determination, Evaluation and Implementation, and Platform Promotion Activity conducted on 19–21 January 2026. Following this activity, Partnership Workshop 1 was conducted. The following issues were discussed and decided upon during the worksop held on Monday, January 19, 2026, with the national partners (Alata Horticulture Research Institute and East Mediterranean Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Of Institute) and the international partners (Instituto Politecnico De Braganca and Marea S.C.A.R.L), within the framework of the project coordinated by Kilis 7 Aralık University.
- It was decided to identify the content to be included on the platform.
- It was agreed that the platform content will be regularly updated to ensure it remains up to date and meets the needs of the target audience.
- A consensus was reached on taking the necessary measures to ensure the sustainability of the platform.
- It was evaluated that continuous updates and sustainability activities will support the long-term effectiveness and value of the platform.
- The content and target audience of the questionnaires to be used in the measurement and evaluation process were defined, and the questionnaires were finalised.
- It was decided that each partner involved in the project will administer 400 surveys to the following target groups: farmers, food producers, healthcare professionals, students, homemakers and others.
- It was decided that the survey studies will be completed by April 2026, and that the statistical analyses will be conducted and reported thereafter.
- It was discussed that the literacy assessment and implementation process aims to improve farmers’ knowledge and skills regarding environmentally friendly agricultural
practices.- It was agreed that the continuation of these training activities will support the dissemination and strengthening of sustainability.
- It was decided that an interim evaluation presentation will be conducted among the project partners.User feedback will be reviewed to identify technical solutions for improving the platform.
- It was decided that feedback on the platform content and the effectiveness of the training activities will be collected. Implementation-related data will be recorded for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Within the scope of Work Package 3 – Trainer’s Guide Development, Implementation and Evaluation, it was decided that the Training of Trainers and the Partnership Workshop-2 will be held in Bragança between 22–26 June 2026.
