Workshop 3: WP4 Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of Literacy Materials (Multi-Sectoral Workshop, Guide Development, Assessment and Publication, Plant Adoption Demonstration and Farmer’s Day, Partnership).

“WP3 – Training of Trainers” activity was held in Bragança, Portugal, from 22 to26 June 2026

Within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ project entitled “Invisible Threat: Mycotoxins: Environmental Management of Aflatoxins with a One Health Approach”, coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bekir Bülent ARPACI and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Faika YARALI KARAKAN from the Faculty of Agriculture at Kilis 7 Aralık University, and implemented in partnership with Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (Portugal), MAREA S.C. A R.L. (Naples, Italy), the Eastern Mediterranean Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Institute(Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye), and the Alata Horticultural Research Institute (Türkiye), the WP3 – Training of Trainers activity was held in Bragança, Portugal, from 22 to 26 June 2026, with the participation of all project partners.

During the training program, our researchers met with international experts in the fields of environmental management of aflatoxins, 

food safety, and sustainable agricultural practices.As part of the program, they reviewed the contents of the trainer's guide, 

trainingmethodologies, and examples of best practices, and jointly planned the training activities to be implemented 

in the partner countries.
